An in-depth analysis of Genshin models compared to each other using a common feature as a reference point This collection takes a unique approach to character measurements because of how I scale the characters. Each character has a completely unique wireframe with the exception of the face, with one set face shape for each model type. The first thing I did was sort by model and then rescale them so each model has the same sized face. This is just a disclaimer to say that these measurements are not accurate to those in-game, but they are relative to each other with the face size as the one thing they all have in common. Below, you can see the tip of the nose being used as the point where all models meet and how the wireframes of the faces are all nearly identical until you reach the hair. All of the picture are going to use the characters at these measurements and will use the common point of the nose as the allignment point unless otherwise mentioned. Venti is the only character whose facial structure does not match his model type. He uses the short female face instead of the short male one. On the left is Venti compared to Albedo and on the right is Venti and Mona. You can see how Venti ’ s lips and chin are further forward than Albedo ’ s, but they are nearly perfect when compared to Mona. Here is a comparison between the shapes of the faces. Out of curiosity, characters are alligned with the platforms of their shoes below ground level to estimate their heights without shoes. Detailed height comparisons are taken at these heights, measured at the point of the nose and with hair removed. Noelle, Xingqiu, Chongyun, and Zhongli are outliers that I am not certain of. Bodies were only ever scaled as a whole. These proportions do not seem present in-game. Body measurements To make the comparisons easier to see, the measurements were aligned to one side. Because of this, the difference between measurements is twice as large as that on the model, but everything is still accurate. When needed, groups with long measurements have the same amount chopped off the aligned end. Front views are aligned at the nose. Measurements are taken at the widest part of the chest, narrowest part of the waist, and widest part of the hips.
